Which are your preferences? What do you actually have?
I love the thought of hardwood floors. I've never had them though. Here we have ceramic tile completely in the downstairs and berber (UGH) carpet on the stairs and in the bedrooms.
Both. Currently I we have just blinds.
Tile (but not white ever. ever. ever)
Paint...I am not a fan of wallpaper and am even less of a fan of wallpaper borders.
