So, yeah, I fell down the stairs today. Ouch. Nathan laughed, came to check on me, realized I might be dead and brought me the phone. LOL Honestly it wasn't nearly that dramatic, but Nathan was giggling. I took 4 advil right after and didn't really feel any oddities or anything then. Now however I am realizing that tomorrow I am going to be quite sore.

Ouch! Treat yourself to a nice hot shower or bath today, and maybe that will help with a bit of the soreness. :o)
